The Benefits of Online Counselling
Individual Counselling
Couples Therapy
I offer online counselling via Zoom from my practice in Edinburgh. Online counselling allows greater flexibility, and allows me to reach clients across Scotland and the UK.
I offer sessions Monday to Friday.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
I am more than happy to be flexible with arranging sessions. They don't always have to be on the same day and time giving you more flexibility in the fitting therapy around your other commitments. I offer an introductory online or telephone session up to 15 minutes free of charge. This gives you a chance to meet me and ask any questions you may have. It also allows me an opportunity to find out more about what's going on for you and see how I might be able to help. There is no obligation to have a certain number of sessions or to pay for a block of sessions in advance although you may do so if you wish, generally you pay for each session as you have it you're in control of how many sessions you have, I offer short term and long term therapy.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
